FallenPaladin 0 Posted November 23, 2001 1. Do as you are told by your commanding officer. Only when encountering an enemy decide for yourself which enemy to take down. Watching arround for your via radio designated target may take too much time. 2. Keep low. Always walk ducked, if you hear a shot and you are still alive, lay down! Then try to make out the enemy, when in cover behind something (bush, car...) and give counterfire. If not in cover, try to crawl to some. 3. With assault rifles always use the single-fire mode. Auto mode is to unprecise and you loose to much ammo! Lay down, use your optics or gunvision view and aim precisely. Two shots for a soldier should be enough, headshot kills instantly! Remember that, if your enemy lays down too, it`s easiest to get a head shot. 4. When charging towards an enemy never walk to close to your team mates. Makes you a great target and the possibility that one grenade kills a lot of your man is to big. 5. When forced to run, run only from one covered position to another. 6. When encountering tanks, try to get to terrain where the tanks can`t pass through. A forrest or garden in a village... 7. Try to EVADE tanks when not equipped good enough!! 8. When you have to reach a special destination, the shortest way is not always the best. It may be to dangerous, so take a longer one, which is safe. There`ll be more tactics and suggestions, depending on situations I or you will encounter in future. To be continued...

They are a spread of ammo, too. I think that`s pretty useless.
Damage Inc 0 Posted November 23, 2001 Except that you can fire a 3 shot burst when you only have one shot left in your clip...I'll add one more piece of advice: when you can select your own gear in the campaign, ALWAYS take a LAW. The LAW soldier in your squad can't kill anything.

Albert Schweitzer 10 Posted November 23, 2001 Another advise: Sleep well before every mission. Make sure your shoes are ready for action. Call your family and tell them they should not be scared, you would come back. Dont smoke a cigarette at night, it makes your head a perfect target. Never fully close your sleeping bag you might need to run.... Oh ahm I forgot... (this time about the game, no kiddin) Changing location during battle is crucial. The opponent officer will tell his soldiers what to do coressponding to your location. If you move the tactic has constantly to be changed.
