High Cmd: can see through other units eyes?

I'm still learning the ropes of High Command mission building and at the moment I'm wondering whether it's possible to see things through the eyes of another unit anywhere on the map?

For example if I order an armoured car to go a mile or two down the road, can I 'jump' to it to see what it's seeing?
