gus619 10 Posted May 14, 2011 Hi, me and my friend decided to pick this game up. We try to connect but it gives us CONNECTION ERROR. So i figure i have to open my ports but im really confused. Can someone tell me the information i need to plug in? Trigger Port? Trigger Type? Public Port? Public Type? or give me a tutorial on how to set it up please? nobrainer 0 Posted May 16, 2011 If you are just clients and want to play on LAN together or on servers that are on internet already. You just have to allow A2:OA through your windows firewall or any other firewall on your computer. If you run a dedicated server and you sit in one place and your friend somewhere else. You need to open UDP: 2302, 2303, 2304 and 2305 in to your Server. If you want to see your server on GameSpy, you also need to open up * 6667 (IRC) * 3783 (Voice Chat Port) * 27900 (Master Server UDP Heartbeat) * 28900 (Master Server List Request) * 29900 (GP Connection Manager) * 29901 (GP Search Manager) * 13139 (Custom UDP Pings) * 6515 (Dplay UDP) * 6500 (Query Port) Thats all I know.
