I had all setting on max only pp was disabled 1920-1080 resolution. and i had no stuttering. restarted the game no stuttering. Changed my settings down a little to get better fps some places (no lags). no use for a name 0 Posted April 28, 2011 Do you have any processes running in the background that eat up resources? Does your HDD "thrash" (i.e. excessive reading/writing) when you experience the slowdowns?
