Running animations...

I am not sure how ARMA OA animations are captured, mo-capped ? I know BIS have a mo-cap studio. On the whole animations are great, perhaps they could be a little more fluid from one type of movement to another but the distracting issue for me is leg speed.

Take a look at anyone running and then compare to OA/ ARMA, its as if the ARMA world has gravity set to 80% of real world strength causing a slightly 'floaty' look to running. Its either that or legs are shown stretching just a little too much for the distance their covering that make movement a little strange looking.

All that considered, its a minor gripe in a fantastic game...

its abit slow, battlefield had the best running animation, allso the 1 second pause in movement when u stop running and go eg. prone is annoying too

You can 'fall' into a prone position by pressing Z while running, you should enter it straight away.
