New multiplayer mission

Hello everyone.

I release a new multiplayer mission for Dedicated Server which has over 20 ppls capability.

It has following features.

1. New style Sector Control mission.

2. Engineer can repair vehicles.

3. Unload Ammobox / M2MG from Ammo truck.

4. Conception of frontline.

5. Restriction of weapon taking. (Conception of speciality)

6. Anti TKer / Outlaw (Punish automatically)
