.40k 10 Posted March 14, 2011 (edited) I want to change the sealevel, fill rivers with water in a real Elevation. Can I change the sealevel without lower the terrain's height? Or is it some way to fill water in river, and can see the watercolor in game's 2D map? Edited March 14, 2011 by .40k missing some word
oldbear 390 Posted March 17, 2011 To get sea water in rivers the only way is to modify terrain level -in.pbl- The side effects are : - when you go far inland the riverbed will be in a deep cut trench - you will get all sea effects on water : tide, foam and so on At the moment it's more or less the only way :( You can use pond water to mimic river water but it's not very easy and you must put a lot of pond objects on map to get a not so good effect. Of course some members in the community are working to get realistic water objects/texture in height. Perhaps in the next weeks/months you can get hold of such item, at last I hope so.
