How do you illuminate the interior of chopper during night insertions?

Hi All,

I been lurking around this place for some while now and finally decided to register and also (god forbid) actually post something.

I was wondering whats the script or function that allows you to have the interior of the chopper illuminated e.g the red light during night insertions?

Welcome to the forum.

First off there is a search option, try and use it :)

Now this is a question i had myself awhile ago and got some results but there are limits to how this will work.

You can get lights inside, but when heli is moving you cannot afaik to this day get light to actually light up the faces of the others in cargo, but lights work when heli is level or standing still.

Anyhow this is what i know about the subject to this day.

Thanks for the link and suggestions, in all honesty I thought that a wrist slapping was imminent as I only very fleetingly tried a search before posting(at work you see).

But I will definately try that when I get home as it seems to suggest the very thing I was after.
