Independants Guerillas

I ahve placed a group of independants guerillas on my map - but they do not shoot at me , how do i make then my enemy ?

In the top left hand, click on the date. Then at the bottom of the new screen that comes up, set the friendly status of resistance.

I meant top right hand of the screen, but I see you figured it out anyways :)
