Helo Switch position?

Is it possible? if not, can it be done via scripting?

In every apache simulator I know of, it is possible to switch inflight freely from gunner to pilot and back. Really miss it in arma.

If it's a mission you're making then you can select 'Playable as Pilot, Gunner' in the apache's 'Control' field, then during the game press the switch unit key (don't know if it is default but mine is Y) to go between pilot and gunner.
