Make Warfare (CTI) editable in the mission wizard

As it is "out of the box", playing a Warfare mission across the entire island is not feasible, and not much fun for small numbers of players.

First, no server seems to be able to handle all the AI units without lag and desych'ing like crazy.

Second, it takes entirely too long to get any good action going involving the other side.

I have just finished making fully functional Warfare missions that only have one town that is captureable. Both sides start about 1Km away along the roads leading into town. Income level is set to 1x the cost of the unit that is killed, and both sides start with enough supplies to build the HQ, a barracks, and a light factory. Units start out with $1500, and max squad size is 5.

The missions are a blast! It is the Warfare mode everyone I have ever played with wishes that we had out of the box!

A huge thank you to Lucik for his LK-Warfare package!!! I had to change some lines of the init file that deals with bounty modifiers to make the changes work in game, but other than that, the package was perfect, and made it easy to make these missions, once I figured out some nuances.

I will be releasing a package of 1-Town Warfare missions in the near future. All that is left is to playtest and tweak funds and initial supply level perhaps.

The ability to resize the contested area and starting points and set the bounty modifier and starting supplies really should be able to be done on the fly with the mission wizard. DM, TDM, CTF, and others can be "wizard-ed", so why not warfare?

By the way, GREAT job BIS with the changes to DM and TDM in the wizard!
