Shaggyd 10 Posted December 7, 2010 Hello, I've tried searching for an answer to this problem, but couldn't find it.... I have tried using the BIS_fnc_taskPatrol function to a group to automate a random patrol. This worked ok in Arma2, but if I try it in OA or ARMA2 maps in Combined Ops, it fails to work as the troops just stand around. ffur2007slx2_5 11 Posted December 7, 2010 Yeah, I'm got the same problem as you, maybe BIS_fnc_taskdefence and patrol has already been removed from the game since maybe they have been replaced by others I guess. Actually, these two fnc can just be replaced by dismissed and normal waypoint patrol, you know it's a very old fnc brought with 1.00. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Militant1006 11 Posted December 8, 2010 I loled that you started a thread about this when all that was needed was a function module, remember when you make missions to ALWAYS put down a function module, it can be used for alot of things, and you never want to be caught without one.
