Face swaping?

Hello. I am very new to these forums, but I have had ARMA1 and so on down the line, since they've came out. A big fan of them like everyone else here. But I have a slight problem and I can't seem to get around it. And I wish that it was not a problem that I had to share to get help. So here it is. I want to change or get ahold of some new Black male faces for ARMA2. So.. is it possible to get a couple of the old black faces from arma 1, and transfer them over to be used in arma2? Or who could I get ahold of to make a few new faces for me. At a fair price. I've checked for new faces through the community downloads, but I could not find any of them that were black male faces. Plz understand that the faces that are there now look very bad in my opinion. From the stretched nose, right up to the sickning, brownnish, ghoulish looking eyes. The soldiers happen to look like they've came down with something real bad. They do not look normal at all, but I could also go for the new black pilots face that came with OA too. He was done very well compared to the others. But I would be very greatful for any information that would help me in this mission of mine. Also please understand that I am not a modder, Please use basic terms if possible. I am now just starting to grow a pair, when having to mess with the games files, to start learning how to down load new things for ingame use. Plus I am reaching out to the community for some much needed help at something I can not do. Thank you :)
