SOM Transport - Changing the default helo

I've had a look around the forum but i couldn't find anything specifically on this, so apologies if i'm duplicating anything here...

I'm looking for a way to change/customize the helicopter that is called in using the support request options with the SOM, i'd like to change it from the Venom to something like SeaKnight, Super Stallion or Chinook etc...

Anybody have any ideas how this might be done? I think it'll probably be a case of extracting PBOs or something else i have absolutely no knowledge of, but i'm trying to learn!
