Emplacement weapons Question

Hey Gents, I have a question. I looked around and couldn't find anything. Alright my question is, with the groups that carry heavy weapons like the kord or the Tow. How in the hell do you get the AI to assemble or disassemble them. And how do you do it manually? I can get the AI to deploy the tripod, but can't mount weapon to it.

When i am right several functions for deployable weapons were screws in the past patch.
