sniper training : MIL DOT reticle / dedicated missions

Hi,

I'm returning to A2OA after a while, and I'm trying to train in the editor with stock .308 and .50 sniper rifles

is there MIL DOT actually working or does elevation/windage need only guesswork? (although easy kills at 1000mt with .308 seem not so realistic :), in either case )

in case of real MIL DOT simulation, has the estimate work to be done when the scope is zooming (during breath control), or out of it?

are there somewhere downloadable fan missions tasked for snipers?
