MP3 Player (Winamp, Sonique etc.) 3.) Web page builder (Dreamweaver, Frontpage etc.) 4.) Archiver/File Compresser (Winzip, WinAce etc.) 5.) CD Ripping (Easy CD Extractor, MMJB etc.) 6.) Peer to Peer File Sharing (Bearshare, Morpheus etc.) 7.) Email (Outlook, Eudora etc.) 8.) Chat (ICQ, MSN Messeger etc.) 9.) Antivirus (Norton, McAfee etc.) 10.) Nic 0 Posted May 1, 2002 One very usefull program for freeing up memory is AnalogX MaxMem. Shows how much free memory you have and with the click of your mouse frees up as much as possible. I used to really like Morpheus, until they changed it to the gnutella type format, then I got KaZaA,the original form of Morpheus but, its full of popups and spyware crap, total memory hog.
