Texture slow patch 1.54

After installing the latest patch 1.54 I noticed that the textures are loaded into the game late, some members of my clan have encountered the same problem. How can I fix?:eek:

I have version ArmA 2 - OA Combined and the British Armed Full.

Core i7 930

ATI HD5870x2

Corsair DDR3 6GB
