Fix music/sound skipping after pause

It's been bothering me for a while that pressing escape to pause the game makes the currently playing music and sounds skip a huge amount or stop completely when the game is resumed. The previous games didn't have this problem so I'm not sure how it got into Arma 2, but the bug can cripple the atmosphere when the guy who was talking suddenly stops mid-sentence or the music that was meant to be played is nearing the end of the track. It's especially ugly when a music track is in a constant loop and a fairly long silent part is introduced because the player needed to pause the game.

While not the biggest issue at the moment, it's definitely the one I'm always noticing. I'll have something in my missions perfectly synchronized to the music only to remember that just by accidentally pausing will cause it to become completely out of sync, or the music has stopped entirely. It's as if each pause tells the music to skip a certain amount or something. It is odd that it no longer works as of Arma 2 and, like Celery here, I'd love to see it fixed properly.

And in general, the game should remember the track that plays when the game is saved. Right now I'm scripting a jukebox that prevents these things but I'd prefer that it was fixed in all missions without scripting.
