1.54 CTD in Chesty Pully campaign

I'm using Steam and running OA Combined Operations.

Whenever I attempt to do the first mission in Chesty Pully, the game crashes to the desktop at the same exact spot when the helicopter is about to land on the beach. Other missions don't seem to have this issue.

I've updated my Nvidia video drivers to the latest 258.96.

I have:

Core i7 930

12 GB RAM

eVGA Nvidia GTX 470

Windows 7 64-bit
