Getting ICP Static animations to work in ArmaA2/OA?

Gents, done a search and nothing came up, how can I get the ICP Static animations to work in ArmA2/Arrowhead...

I placed the .pbo in a mod folder, tried using the setMove this in the inti and zero zilch nada nothing SFA......

Anyone able to shed some light on this please?

I did get it to work on my old laptop, but now I'm back to square one, I've failed miserably to get this working again..I'm having a brainfart at the moment trying to get this working again :confused:

did you make sure the modfolder was included into the shortcut or arma2?

Is the modfolder loaded in the list in the menu?

It is indeed mate, and worst case scenario had that not worked was to drop the pbo directly into the Addons folder within the game itself..

ok, a quick google search and there came up several topics:

most important it is using switchmove not setMove to run them:

this switchMove "nameOfanimation"

I had them working before and I've drawn a blank but thanks for stopping by to help mate, very much appreciated ;)

I've tried to do this and the AI just stand there like dummies !!

here's the steps I take..

Editor...Shapur

1. create an AI unit

2. Call him Bob

3.create a waypoint and in the activasion field put "Bob" "switchMove" "icp_m4_4"

make sure he's hold fire and safe mode..

create another unit as player and watch Bob do sweet FA!! :(

Get rid of the quotation marks :

I just figured that one out mate, only have the animation in quotation marks worked a charm!!
