how to add weapons to soldier classes?

is there a tool or gadget to use existing soldier clases and give them a new weapon?

example: grenadier from us army with short sleeves and then give him the M240 or something like that.

A: Here is the proper forum for mission editing. However, this is such a simple question that does not require a new thread. Use the search feature. 99.9999% of any questions you have for Arma 2 have been asked before, so search for your answer before posting a new thread.
