Moveing AI into specific Vehicle Places

I have a squad what i want to get in a "stolen" Takistan Huey helicopter, i want specific people in certain slots, however it has a "Gunner" position and a "Crew Chief" position and when I use:

"Gunner1 moveinGunner Helo1"

"Gunner2 moveinCommander Helo1"

only Gunner 1, moves into the helicopter (Helo1) gunner slot, leaving the Crew Chief position free as Gunner 2 jsut runs off

i cannot work out what the name of the "Crew Chief" position is, and how to move a NPC into it

can some one please help
