TimRiceSE 10 Posted August 3, 2010 I believe that vapor-x cooled 4890s come clocked at 975mhz. short story, youre actually underclocking. long story: you dont know what youre doing. dont break your shit.
Beagle 684 Posted August 3, 2010 Overclocking does nothing on my system to ArmA II performance, but i have burned two NVIDIA cadrs in the last two years...so I dont do it anymore. Dont forget, in A.I. heavy games like ArmA the CPU is the bottelneck, not the GPU.
Vixente 10 Posted August 3, 2010 Activate the options that you have turned off, and see what happens. GPU clock@ 240 Mhz seems "a bit" lower to me.
SidVicious 10 Posted August 3, 2010 Seems like you're changing the "Idle" or 2D clock instead of 3D...
Hoaah 10 Posted August 4, 2010 Seems like you're changing the "Idle" or 2D clock instead of 3D... I was thinking just the same thing... Pretty funny actually :bounce3: I can't overclock my card further. If I do it will jump in low power mode :/ even voltage modding screws up.
