Ok I have need for help in editing this mission, all I am doing is adding M1A2 Abrams, M2A3 Bradley, M6 Linebacker(is that in OA), All the strikers(variations), HMMWV(variations), A-10, AH-6J, C-130J, AH-64D. As well the only other thing i added was two scripts, Respawn Script(Simple Vehicle Respawn v1.7), and crate refiller(Universal Crate Filler v1.0). My problem is that when i load the mission into the server and vote for it, it counts down and when it gets to zero, the names turn yellow and it doesn't do anything.

did you run the "setupcopy" thing before packing your mission to a Pbo?

I guess you just did unpacked Xeno´s 2.22,modified it and all you need to make sure of before packing it is to run this "seupcopy" thing once - then pack it and VOILA!
