I've just bought ARMA 3. But when i try to join any server, i have the following message connecting failed. I searched on google and it seems like a lot of people have this issue. I've asked some friends that have arma as well, and they were unable to resolve my issue. I've tried changing many settings with my router but it didn't work. Can you guys help me out, maybe ther's something obvious i'm mussing. I'm absolutely clueless on why this happens.

Hello I just got a new router a few days ago and went ahead and install it now everything is working fine on other games I can play multiplayer but when I went and hop on arma and join any server it just disconnects me and all it says is connecting failed I'm not sure if its the new router or arma. but if its arma pls help me I really want to play the game again its too fun. Also, the new router is an RT-AX56U. this is the latest rpt file: https://pastebin.com/d0FW9QUF

Hello there, So me and someone else try to join each other and play together in the same network (1 router, 2 different computers, separate steam accounts). So when the other guy connects to a server and then I try to connect too on the same server, an error appears to me: "Connecting Failed". If I connect first to the server and then he tries to join me, the same error will appear to him. How can I fix it? Antiviruses,firewalls are all closed. I am not sure but I guess this problem is because we are using the same port? I remember I had a similar error with CS:GO so I just set a command (+clientport ...) at Launch Options and everything was fine. So is there any similar command for this game? Also could port forwarding help? If yes, what ports should I port forward? Thanks for now! -Mutantin -
Hello! I've been having trouble connecting to servers on arma 3. I always get the error message "Connecting failed". Now before you comment "uhh please disable mods" read this list that i have compiled from what i've tried. List of fixes that i tried and did not work: -Reinstall Arma 3 -Verify Files! -Direct connect ( nothing happends when i click join ) -Get a new operating system ( i moved from w10 to w7 and then back to another w10 edition ) -Remove and launch without mods -Flush dns and all that network stuff -32 bit arma 3 instead of 64 -Try to change some parameters -Make sure i did not have dev version of arma 3 As you can see i tried alot of things none which has worked. I contacted my ISP and they said everything fine and nothing is blocked on their on for me like ports, i got 200/500 Mbit fiber connection. I can connect on other games like call of duty and such and my nat type is open there. I litterally have a brand new operating system and it still doensn't work. I also completely removed the firewall+antivirus and went all barebones and i still can't connect. I've never had this problem before and it's existed for a month now. I can connect to zeus official servers but nothing else, litteraly no other servers except those hosted by bohemia.
