It is allocating memory, still crashes. During trials for this though it did fully launch once and allow me to play for a bit, cant get it to do that again though, it still just crashes on startup

I have tried to wait, I let it go for an hour once and it still just had the not responding message.

Does not give an error at all, sometimes I can make it to the Arma 3 logo, others just a black screen then crash. It usually pops the window saying "Arma 3.exe has stopped working"

So I have had Arma 3 since it was in Alpha and it worked fine until sometime over the summer. Ever since then the game crashes on startup and I have spent months browsing forums and asking people to figure out a solution but never did. I can uninstall and reinstall and the game will work for about 5 minutes but it will crash and then start to crash on launch every time. Specs: Win 7 64 AMD FX 8120 Amd Radeon HD 7870 (I have two and do run crossfire sometimes but it still doesnt work either way) 16 GB RAM Have HDD and SSD, OS is on SSD and so are most games

any idea what the post count might be? -
I can't post any threads in any of the other forums on this site. My account is verified and I agreed to the forum rules. Mainly I am trying to post in the Arma 3 Troubleshooting forum because my game is totally broken but I can't make a thread to ask the question. Sent a problem message to BI support like 6 days ago and still have no answer. Anyone know how I can fix this

First time install? What's your specs? Thru steam "Verify Cache" and defrag? I have had Arma 3 since it was in alpha and all of a sudden like 3 months ago it just stopped working. I can uninstall and reinstall and it will work for about 5 minutes, after that it crashes before I even get to the title screen. I have tried the -nosplash and all those other workarounds. Been looking for at least 2 months and still cant find a solution. Even worse, I cant post a thread for some reason to ask the question now that I finally got around to it. Specs: Win 7 64 AMD FX 8120 Amd Radeon HD 7870 16 GB RAM Have HDD and SSD, OS is on SSD and so are most games

Sorry to post this here but it is the only thing I can do. Why can I not post a thread, my Arma 3 doesnt work at all but these forums wont let me make a thread to even ask the question, I verified my account, what else do I have to do
