This is becoming a bad experience for me. game crashes every time i play and its not like its at a set moment heres the last line i get ErrorMessage: DX11 error : buffer Map failed : DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED

hi since i have no idea why i cant find anyone or anyplace to ask this. i bought the game yesterday and played for 5 minutes and it froze making me restart the computer the hard way, then played again after 30 min it happened again. i uninstalled and checked everything and nothing was wrong please help

Hello im replying here because it wont let me post :/ anyways i just bought the game played it for 5 minutes and it crashed well let me rephrase that it froze and had to do a hard reset on my laptop. ive been playing dayz with no issues what so ever. so i tried again it let me play for 30 minutes and it froze again the whole game wouldnt move away from my screen. can someone help me, i checked the file through steam its good, checked my hardware also good.
