    Low CPU utilization & Low FPS

    I am 8GB Ram, AMD 8350 8 Core, AMD 7850 graphics card. I have V-Sync turn off and on, I still get 25-30 Fps on High, Very High. This is getting really hard to play, I don't wanna play on low or Standard, why do I get so low fps with good specs?
