Arma is crashing showing this message

i get all the time session lost on server that is not using mods and the ping on the server is 80-90 arround they say this is due to that bohemia implement something to disconect players with weak connection this started to happend since apex update so not to mention about other servers who are mod run and ping arround 90-120 max how the hell i fix this any response from you BOHEMIA since i pay you 40 euros on this game ????

I got session lost on every server vanilla or mod run server.I was not having any problem before the game was running great but after apex i get session lost on every server.I have checked my internet connection but everything is ok since other games run online without any problem.I had my cache verify on steam but does not help....need some help ! a had not update to apex but that should not be a problem for me now arma is not playable game on MP side.This is very bad
