Hey People, If you want to use Xcam in 64bit version of Arma 3, you will need this .dll http://www.mediafire.com/file/a61vbyuk27adwug/iniDB_x64.dll For Now Battleye block this .dll, you need to desactivate Battleye. Compiled from Here.

I'm a new dev in the project, and i just say it's not possible with game engine of arma 3 ( it's possible but it's ugly for all team ) But if tem have a game engine of vbs it's very easy for create France Map . Just note : Lyon it's very good but it's 20 X 20 .... Ps : Sorry ofr my english ;)
