Wigglies

I just installed the game about an hour ago and every time i've tried to play, i get a static sound whenever i walk or shoot a weapon. i tried a fix but that just made it worse, now it's a very loud static sound. all the time. i haven't been able to play because of this. editt: more info: it only does it with this game, and it doesn't do it when i watch youtube videos.
