I use the official launcher and have tried launching from the exe. DLC shows up fine, on the very small handful of servers I can connect to I am able to use DLC content e.g. fly Hurons / use carts.

Yes I had tried that, no difference. ---------- Post added at 14:42 ---------- Previous post was at 13:02 ---------- I have now reinstalled Arma again, this time cleaning out everything Arma related from my PC and still no luck, I've tried everything I can think of. If I can't connect to servers I cant play.

Since a few days ago the majority of servers are showing the green circle with a ? in, and on mouseover tooltip "Mods on client and server don't match". This happens even with all mods disabled, or the correct mods enabled, yes my mods were installed correctly in their @modname folders, and all was fine till recently. In the expansions list section of the server browser Arma 3 zeus/karts/helicopters/marksmen show red for these servers (I have all DLC) The very few servers that do work all seem to have these expansions in green, I can see no problem with versions, i have arma 3 v 1.44.130654, the servers that dont work list the same or at least just 1.44 as do servers that work. All the mods were up to date. I have now just uninstalled all mods, uninstalled Arma 3 and reinstalled a clean copy and I am getting the same problem. Also if I press "join" on a ? server I get the expected unable to connect then I lose my internet connection for about 5 minutes. HERE is a screenshot

I agree with this, it would be nice to be-able to make way-point markers move visible, at least include it in the items affected by colour schemes.

Got the "Get windows 10" icon appear in my notification area today and I've reserved it.

I too have been stopped from making a thread, this is a really bad feature, Not everyone who plays posts on forums, yet when we have a problem we're left with the choice of making posts on other threads or hijacking someone elses thread to ask our irrelevant question. Well here's post number 2, 3 more to go before I can begin to ask what I came here for.

Was hoping to post in troubleshooting but as Ive only made one post before and as a non regular forum user, this makes no sense at all. So my choices are 1) make 5 pointless post in other peoples threads or 2) hijack an unrelated post in troubleshooting to put my problem across. well here's post 1.

Hi, I'm Simon, I've only just bought ArmA3 but I have played ArmA 2 (mostly dayz epoch & wasteland) and also DayZ SA. I'm a 42 year old gamer, I've played all my life but have only just discovered how great the ArmA series is. So far (in ArmA2) I have mainly played on the mods where you can play solo (dayz (epoch), wasteland) Having just bought ArmA3, I'd realy like to experience this great game as it was ment to be played, with a team. I've got a lot of experience with FPS's but mostly single player, most of my team experience is from 10 years of playing MMOs (wow(shhhhh about that one, i quit 5 years ago), LOTRO, DDO, SWTOR, GW2) including being a guild leader in 3 of those games for 5 years. So yeah I'm not exatly a veteran in team based milatary sims, BUT I'm willing to learn, and looking for a like minded group with whome we can work well together, have a laugh and enjoy the experience. I'd prefer a group from the EU for time zone reasons, but I've been in guilds/clans from the US and AUS before so quality comes before location :)
