Guess since I made the vid I'll help you out on this one. The exact way I did it is with an F-105D (CAS) and two units. I aimed for the target and just before I dropped using the mission execute in the pause menu I was able to slow time ( https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/accTime) then after dropping the napalm and zooming away in slow motion, I switched to a civ unit I placed near the drop location and just recorded. The slow motion made the effect last longer and look cooler, but that's all I did.

ok so take a plane (_CAS name/role) with say 6 or 12 napalm canisters. fly towards your target, speed approx 350km/h and height 300-500m. toggle fire mode to auto.
as you get within 800m of target, turn your nose down 30 degrees, pickle off half your canisters, as you pull your nose back to horizontal. repeat with the other half loadout.
climb and escape using WEP or afterburner. that will spread the canisters like you see in the movie.
Thanks for the tip, but i was thinking more about a script or a module. just wanted to make a scene (video) using this effect, but i don't know if it's already in the mod. it would be pretty hard to pilot and film in a same time, any chance i can make ai using this ? I tried with MCC using the unsung Cas planes, but looks like it only drop conventionals bombs; thanks anyway

Yes a Alpha Release of the ported UNS 2.6 Opfor and Blufor Infantry with the common Nam small arms will be out soon. I can't say the exact day, but lets say way before X-Mas 2015. Sit tight fellas. ;)

If you look at the pdf provided with the foliage mod, you have instructions on how to make it compatible with other vehicles.Ok thanks gonna try that!
Do you think it could be difficult to change the arma 2 foliage by arma 3 ones ? the Arma 2 version needs AiA to works.

First, thanks for the last updates ! Crazy good stuff, Us models are awsome.
I tried to use the "Foliage camouflage System" by _William for arma 2 (LINK), this seems to work pretty well on the Pak40 ,StugIII and Tiger but it wont with the Panther or PzIV. Do you think it would be possible to make this mod compatible with this tanks ?
I am gonna upload some images with the panther and some camo foliage, the turret got the correct foliage but for the tracks(side armor) it's a different story, looks like the PzIV and Panther got a "bone" structure bigger than it is in the game (like 2 times longer than the actual size), it will be easier to show you with some pictures : http://imgur.com/a/vB32k#0

First of all thanks for you're work, iron front fits pretty well to arma 3 engine.
I am working on a machinima using you're conversion, and i am facing some issues :
- all the iron front units (all IF factions) got the exact same face, so a german tanker and a russian officer got exactly the same face, i have no idea why, i don't get this with the standard arma 3 units which have random faces (also during the background video, the units got the same face)
I've tryed some code in the editor, like "setface" or via a "decription.ext", that's working for the basic arma 3 units, i can change their face via command, but that's still not workin with IF units, any idea there ?
- my second issue is with the t34 muzzle fire animation, which look like in low res, resulting in big pixelation squares. How could i change that ? can i make that T34 as a slammer and then use the slammers animation with a t34skin ?
