Can anyone help me with this or point my some where that can help me? Thanks :)

I want to make it so when I hit a button, the General Lee horn will play from the vehicle i'm in. I dont really know how to make the sound in a radius like a horn sounds

Hello, I was wondering if there is anyway to add a custom vehicle texture to a Arma 2 OA server without using mods. Like make a SUV version that says "Server Admin" on the side that I can spawn in, but everyone elses looks like the normal one.
