ARMA 2 OA Keeps Stuttering Every 2 Seconds

Recently I have been playing OA and noticed that the game keeps stuttering about every 2 seconds. I can run everything on medium settings but tried running it at low but no success. I cannot find a fix and have been researching for a couple hours. This recently started to happen and has never happened before.
