  1. As the title says, I am unable to add a balaclava to a character in Eden editor using the arsenal. If I select it, it doesn't appear on the character in the game. It does work when I type it into the character's init box though. Has anyone else noticed this? (Have only tried it with the black balaclava. Not sure if the others work.)
  2. No, it's still a role, but the "P" button is functional again so the role can be selected. Sorry for getting your hopes up.
  3. Thank you for the latest update. It's nice to have access to the Commander's Console again. :) Two items when I use the Mission Generator to create a quick single player mission: 1) The level of shading of the Zones is so intense that the map becomes unusable during the mission. The zones overlapping create a completely blacked out region of the map where the objectives are located. Would it be possible to lighten or remove the shading so the map would be usable? 2) When I create disable an IED as an objective, while the location of the IED is not visible on the map when I select "No" to show locations, the location of the corresponding ambush is visible on the map, effectively spoiling the "surprise". Would it be possible to hide the ambush marker as well as the IED location? Thanks for an outstanding mod.
  4. Can someone point me in the right direction on how to use the DOC generator in MCC? I am assuming that you should be able to build a small base or check point or whatever, save it, then select it from the saved list and place it without having to rebuild it from scratch. I've played around with it for a bit, but I just don't get how to use this feature. Thanks.
  5. Sorry if this has been asked before. I recently updated from MCC v20, to the latest version. How do I give the player the MCC Console? It isn't listed in the items section drop down menu. What am I missing here? Thanks.

  7. Seems like a great mod, but it does not work on my system. I grab the required gear from the crate near the C-130, the jump-master approves the load out and the O2 supply turns on. I then enter the C-130 via the loading ramp. So far so good. I enter the Cleared for Takeoff item from the action menu and I take flight. But, the altimeter is never issued to me. When I press the watch button, my watch appears. No altimeter in sight. :( Also, I am locked in 1st person mode. 3rd person mode is not allowed. And, once I land on the ground I am not able to remove the helmet. I remove it from the inventory. Nope. Still attached to my head. So I am stuck looking through the mask for the rest of the mission. Am I missing something here in order to get this mod to work? Running no other mods. Just CBA and the C-130 mod.
  8. 1) Would it be possible to add a setting so the player could ensure that the Evac vehicles have their lights turned off? It's a little disconcerting when you pull off a well planned stealth mission, like stealing files and photos, only to have your Evac guys show up on the scene with their high beams on. :) 2) When the "Show Locations" option is set to "No" in the mission generator, a faint small red square still appears over the objective location. Would it be possible to make this marker truly invisible?
  9. I found the problem. Apparently, I am an idiot. I wasn't pressing the "Add to list" button prior to calling for or adding the Airdrop to the console. So the airdrop delivered exactly what I had asked for...nothing. Ugh. Sorry for wasting your time with my incompetence. Once again, great work on the new interface.
  10. 1) The Helicopter air drop does not work. The chopper flies over, but does not drop any cargo. 1) Were/when I can't reproduce it on local host or dedicated on Altis. Which map/mod are you using? Altis and Stratus maps. Running on my PC in mission editor using the preview button. No other PCs involved. Mods used are A3 CBA, MCC v4. Nothing else. If I provide the player with an M-Tac console and add an airdrop the hint message says "[[]] added to player's console". If I add an artillery round or CAS mission to the console, the "[[]]" part of the hint message provides a description of the item that was added. So, it looks like, on my PC at least, that the object to be dropped is not being added properly. The item does not appear if I use the M-Tac console or if I call it from the Mission Maker's console. :( I reloaded MCC r18 and it worked fine. The hint message provided a description of the item to be airdropped. And the item was dropped successfully.
  11. Nice. Very nice. I liked the iPad look, but this is WAAAYYYY better. Congrats to Shay, Spirit6 et al. Thank you for your efforts. A couple of observations: 1) The Helicopter air drop does not work. The chopper flies over, but does not drop any cargo. 2) Would it be possible to place a zone updater/selector drop box on the Mission Generator Wizard Screen? It would save having to switch back and forth from it to the main menu at times. 3) The AC130 does not appear to have a BHOT mode. Could one be added? 4) The 3D editor and Box generator drop down menu backgrounds are not opaque, so they are difficult to read as the text "behind" them is visible and they overlap. 5) When I click on the AC130 reticle I am not able to move it up or down. Movement left and right is very choppy and only moves to the left, not smooth like in the previous videos. Is there something obvious that I am missing? 6) [Deleted] 7) IEDs that are set to Jammable = False, do not detonate when the proximity distance has been reached. The same IEDs with Jammable set to True detonate as expected. In either case, no jammer was present. 8) An IED that is detonated via spotter detonates when the spotter is killed. Was this intentional, as in a deadman switch, or should killing the spotter eliminate the IED threat? Thanks again for the undoubtedly hundreds, if not thousands, of hours of work this system must have taken.
  12. One additional thing that I noticed when using the new version is that when using Menu 5, the location of the objectives on the map are displayed on the map with a "Objective 1, 2, 3...etc" marker in red letters when the "Show Markers" option is set to "No." Was this intentional?
  13. Hello Shay, Excellent work as always. A couple of observations: 1) Not sure if it an ARMA engine issue or a MCC issue, but evac ships that spawn still spawn underwater, get launched into the air, flip and sink when they hit the water. 2) Airdrops and evac vehicles called using the Mission Maker console work, but airdrops and evac unit movement called by the player using the MCC Tactical Commander Console do not function. Airdrops simply do not show up when requested by the player using the MCC Tactical Commander Console. Evac units do not move to the waypoint(s) created by the player using the MCC Tactical Commander console. Once spawned they sit there and do not move. I have tried this in SP and MP and can not get them to function using the MCC Tactical Commander console. As far as I remember this worked properly in the last version of MCC. Edit: I just noticed that 3 WP Evac routing does not function using the Mission Maker Console either. The WP's are placed on the map, but the vehicle (either helicopter, or HEMTT) does not move. Single WP routing appears to work. 3) Is the HALO function in Menu 4 working for groups? I can get groups to teleport, but I can not get them to HALO or parachute. When I try, only one member of a the group is selected and HALO’d or dropped by parachute. 4) Good work with making the 3D editor drop down menu easier to read. Could this be applied to the Box Generator drop down menu as well? 5) In the Mission Management section of Menu 2, in the pop-up hints that appear when the cursor is held over the orange buttons the word “phrase†is incorrectly spelled as “fraze.†6) In the “Air Support Incoming†hint, the word “incoming†is incorrectly spelled “incomming†7) The QRF and artillery options in Menu 5 are brilliant. Outstanding work. Thanks again for your efforts.
  14. Shay, One more request if you haven't added it and it is possible to do. Could you add a delay timer to the Close Air Support as well? It may be convenient for the Mission Maker. Thank you for your time.
  15. Brilliant update sir. Spot on as usual. A couple of observations: 1) The MCC 3D editor menu is somewhat hard to read as the background lettering sometimes interferes with the foreground lettering when using the presets menu. If it could be pushed to the side like the composition menu or have an opaque background placed behind it it would provide a cleaner look. 2) Would it be possible to add a delay timer for the launching of the artillery shells by the Mission Maker? It may be convenient for the mission maker to set a timer once a player calls in the rounds rather than having to remember to launch the shells 45 seconds or so after the fact. 3) Would it be possible to allow the mission maker to place suicide bombers and armed civilian units through the presets menu? Or is there a way to do it that I am not aware of? 4) Ships spawned via the Evac units menu are spawned below the surface of the water. While this works for the SDV, it often results in the rescue boat and assault boat to be launched in the air, flip and sink when spawned in deep water. 5) Although I can spawn an AC-130 to be used for the MCC control panel, I am not able to spawn a UAV as it is not in the drop down menu. Was this intentional? 6) For some reason the AC-130 controls are very difficult to use. When I right click on the reticule my cursor arrow "sticks" to the reticle and I am only allowed to move the reticle to the left, not to the right or up and down. Have you heard of this before or is there some setting that I have incorrect that could cause this? 7) All airdrops appear to use a CH-48 Mohawk helicopter. No matter which side I am playing with my AI units see this helicopter as an enemy unit. My AA soldiers will launch missiles to destroy it once it is in range. 8) In the units management section I am able to highlight multiple units using the CTRL key, but I am unable to make multiple units join a group once they are highlighted in blue. Am I doing something wrong? I can make units join a new group one at a time, but the ability to join multiple units at one time would be useful at times. 9) If “Show markers†in Menu 5 is set to no, would it be possible to hide the zone markers as well? It may help with immersion as the player would be unaware of where the danger zone begins. 10) If I am not mistaken, the effect of the “Precise Locations†option is reversed in Menu 5. I tried it several times and when it is set to yes, the location of the task marker is not at the location of the task. And vice-versa. 11) In the “Steel Rain†control panel the box for the entry of the X and Y co-ordinates appears to be one character too small. Only three characters are visable, when four characters are entered. The system works very well, but if it showed all characters entered it would be a cleaner look. Sorry for the lengthy rambling, and thank you very much for this latest update. It is excellent work. I doubt I will be able to play ARMA in the future with out MCC. It is superb work. Thanks again.
