I'm on my second week with them and while the server has been running ok their customer server is just awful. They will always reply saying that the can't help you, no matter what it is, even if it's a broken script on their control panel or if you have problems connecting to their database. The answers to support tickets are always short and dry, and almost rude. Basicaly they have no interest what so ever in helping their customers unless it's something extremely obvious on their end they just want to take your money and not be bothered.
