Squad name:- 3rd Special forces Group Timezone/location :North America East to West Gamemode preference: Coop Contact email: Teamwolf9@gmail.com Website address: http://3rdsf.enjin.com/ Short description: The goal of the 3rd Special Forces Arma Clan MilSim Group, is to build a mature combat MilSim unit that follows the same structure as the real world 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne). Were not about crazy taining, most of the guys who are already apart or joins the group have real world experience. To us training is working as a group and learning how we can maximize Arma 3 gameplay to pro fil a rich and satisfying gaming experience. The biggest problem with other groups is the direction or the objective, this can change with in minutes. This causes members who have put in countless hours of work to stop and wonder if everything that they have contributed will be scrapped. This causes decision in the ranks across the structure, and allows users that didn’t put in the work to advance without earning the promotions or positions… and the good members are out scouting new groups to join. To combat this process, there will be what is called the executive staff. The Executive Staff will be represented by the founder, Ground Forces CO, Air Command CO, and two 3rd SF active team members. The Executive Staff will act as USASOC. The Executive staff will debate and vote on all directives and will not only be verbal but will deliver a written plan to the members. We will not be accepting anyone below the age of 18, or is not mature in nature. You will go through a application process and an interview with the SI staff (recruiter). Once you are accepted by the recruiter you will have candidate status. You then will be put through the paces, in what we call selection. There is no other course or process like it in all of Arma. You will have to attend selection within two weeks of your candidate status. Once you have completed Selection you will be either selected to move forward or you will be dropped from the program (you can have one more try in a week.) Once you are selected your new status will be Qualified. With some basic training courses from piers you will then apply for the Q-Course. This will finally be the reason you purchased ARMA 3.
