already downloaded both and placed both mods correctly but I still get the same error message

when I go to launch the game with the add-on in place it continues to tell me the file requires 'mas_weapons' but I have all the required add-ons for this specific add-on so things such as the packs do not work at all is there a missing component in the add-on itself or did I do something incorrectly?
