That's crazy. You're saying you can't spawn any unit that isn't placed on the map elsewhere? Anyway, I tried that and it didn't work. If there was some weird group error, would it would not say anything and just silently not spawn anything? (I have the -showScriptErrors thing on) Edit: I just suddenly got a dialog error message for a typo in one of the triggers I added yesterday. What? WHAT? And now magically it started adding units. Yeah, thanks, that was it, I had to place a unit somewhere else on the map. Something else isn't right either, I can't change the class name of the unit... I tried changing the groups and now, despite working with a group name defined in an initialization field before, now the script can't find the group name, says its a bad variable. This is ridiculous. -

You think its not spawning it because its too close? I think I've tried besides 1m as well. And is there a reason to use getPosATL instead of getPos? I tried it, nothing. I also tried some of the stuff I had been doing with getPosATL instead of getPos and different units in case the classname was bad, still nothing. -

I have seriously been messing with this for like six hours. I have tried every way I could think of. I'm using "[(getPos player select 0) + 1, (getPos player select 1) + 1]" for the location? I actually think it worked once, with setPos, so I assume its fine. And then I thought maybe you could only createUnit from a script file, that you couldn't do it from the trigger onactivate field. So I tried that with [] exec "script.sqs" and it runs the script, but it still won't create the damn unit. -
vehicles disappearing on map

Arma 2 OA 1.62.95248. I saw this with crimson lance missions but I think I've also seen it with operation arrowhead and even arma 2 before I installed OA. I'm not using anything else besides the official mods, and, again, I'm pretty sure I saw vehicles disappear on the map in arma 2 without any mods. -
Friendly vehicles will disappear on the map, even if you're standing right next to them.

Dog of Wars- Can't Reinforce Army?

I have 1.11.86734 I got this bug both in this and Badlands. "Can't reinforce" "Add empty" does work though. Additionally, there doesn't seem to be a unit limit, if I click on teams, it says Qty 32/12. Also, pritzrak is killed even though I chose not to do that in Badlands. I will try installing Operation Arrowhead. -
Really sorry about the old thread, but it was the best one I could find and I wanted to confirm this. I requested support on the street in Gorka thinking Starforce 21 could land on the street and it couldn't, and so it flew a little farther away and tried to land but there was a building underneath, so it just hovered there, and I couldn't reorder it or move it. The pickup location icon changed but it stayed hovering over the building.
