Adding custom scripts to an arma 2 server

Hi all, I am setting up an Island life server. I have a PBO and a whole load of .sqf files but I have no idea how to get any scripts to load (basically, I have no idea how to assemble the files). I know that I have all the correct files, so of anyone could help me in any way it would be much appreciated. It is my first time setting up a server so i need all the help i can get. Cheers, Calum
