[Arma2] Data File too short issue! Help!!!

Data file too short 'MPMissions\DGS SWATv1 .Chernarus.pbo'. Expected 128265 B, got 108 B. I don't have the pbo any more so i don't know why this is still happening and everything i have seen on forums have not worked... plz help!
