Hi all, I'd firstly like to thank you all, the ARMA 3 community, for being so welcoming and helpful in bringing ARMA 3 to the list of communities that Cr3ative Gaming will be building and supporting. This post is more for prospective developers than players / clan members, but I'll invite all of you to join us on our servers! Cr3ative Gaming is a company that believes in providing gamers across the board with game servers that appeal to the wants and needs of the players. We want our ARMA 3 missions to be the most engaging, our anti-hack system to be the most fair and our entire player experience to be the most thrilling. To achieve this, we want to build a team of dedicated coders. We want to take on the best of the best, and reward them for their work. We will support keen SQF coders with references and reviews for other work they wish to do, and they will always have a place in the Cr3ative Gaming community, with the perks that all of our staff receive- be it free website hosting or a permanent office in our TeamSpeak server, for you to use for whatever you need. We can pay developers on an hourly rate or a set fee for a set amount of work. We are only currently looking for those with experience in programming for ARMA 3. If you currently are running a server and would like to bring your player base into our community, we would be happy to accommodate. Cr3ative Gaming can employ on a highly flexible basis.
