I was able to fix it with first validating game cache and then run editor placing one player in editor first and load. then i tried multi player and it worked...So start arma 3 click on editor then continue double click on map pick class then preview..then start multiplayer like normal...

Dev build doesnt work..start parameters doesnt work...validating doesnt work..and reinstall doesnt work...i played this game from day 1 alpha with no problems then out of the blue two nights ago after a server restart i have this issue...This blows!...
