I have one question regarding the release on the 1st of August! Is there going to be a pre-load phase so that not everyone has to download it at the same time?

My question might have been answered already but I couldn't find any indication for it. Will this game feature multiplayer capabilities, modded or built-in, because with the economics mode this would be a very cool thing to have.
