Slowing down Spelndid Camera's raise/lower speed?

Thanks for the reply, but pressing ctrl doesn't affect the speed of splendid camera, nor the camera.sqs / BIS_fnc_cameraOld. -
Slowing down Spelndid Camera's raise/lower speed?
Drawster posted a topic in ARMA 3 - MISSION EDITING & SCRIPTING
Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to slow down the speed at which the Splendid Camera moves up and down while pressing Q / Z and also while panning with the numpad keys? When creating cinematic movies it's possible to get a nice slow tracking shot by using the mouse to move the camera really slowly, but I haven't found out a way to apply that to the controls that are not usable by mouse. Any help? E: Editting the thread name doesn't seem to take full effect. Obviously I mean't to write "Splendid Camera". -

Flickering distant terrain and building textures
Drawster replied to Drawster's topic in ARMA 3 - TROUBLESHOOTING
I upvoted your ticket. Im not sure is it because of differend graphic settings, but your flickering seems somewhat more harsh and a bit differend than mine. -

Oh right, why didn't it occur to me to make a ticket instead of a new thread. Anyway, the ticket has now been issued :] -

I began to play Altis today for the first time and it didn't take me to long notice that some distant textures of terrain and buildings were flickering. Changing the video settings (within the boundaries the game still looking good) didn't do much difference. I checked if this occured also in Stratis and it did, but much less noticably. Maybe it's because the terrain is differend. In 2010 someone said that this happens because of something called z-fighting. Is this still the case or is it driver / hardware related? Im running A3 on GTX 690 and win7. I recorded a brief video of the flickers: -
Have you made sure your Steam is online? I had exactly the same problem after the Beta came out. My Steam went offline for some reason and and I too got the "You were kicked.." -message when trying to join any game. Reconnecting Steam fixed the problem for me.
