Wraath

I'm struggling with this a little bit. We have a group of 5 or 6 playing and we'll join up in a group, but the respawning and getting together is always extremely difficult. What are the mechanics of the "spawn on squad leader" option because it rarely seems to be available? Are there any other tricks for getting your group together more quickly? Thanks!
