If you click doesn't a error message popup ? Can you check if you have a log file on %appdata%\Local\Arma 3 .. . Possibly arma3.rpt ? -

I recommended ubuntu server , or debian is the same thing almost. If you find any problem following the wiki you can ask here for help . -
