Error when trying to install ARMA: CO. from Steam.

I have only recently bought ARMA 2 Combined Operations from Steam, and when I went to install either Arma 2 or Operation Arrowhead, a tab pops up and says: "An error occurred while installing Arma 2/Operation Arrowhead (unknown error)" Does anyone know a fix for this? Thank you in advance!
